FIRST CALL TO SUBMIT SHARE DOCUMENTS
Emitel S.A with its seat and address in Warsaw, at ul. F. Klimczaka 1, 02- 797 Warszawa, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000716108, NIP 527-27-03-675, REGON 146945210, with the capital company in the amount of PLN 17,933,500.00 paid in full, in compliance with the obligation resulting from Art. 16 sec. 1 of the Act of August 30, 2019 amending the Act – Code of Commercial Companies and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1798; amended: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 288 and item 875) calls Ice Lemon S.à rl in Luxembourg, as the sole shareholder of Emitel SA, to submit the share documents to the Company by October 31, 2020.
On the basis of the submitted documents, entries will be made in the register of shareholders, which will be kept by IPOPEMA Securities Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, appointed by a resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders.
