How do we recruit
If you decide to apply to Emitel, we will definitely get acquainted with your application. After submitting it, you will receive an email with an acknowledgement, containing the most important information about the recruitment in which you are participating. We only get back to selected candidates, offering them an invitation to a meeting.
As a standard, we contact you within 2-3 weeks from receiving your application, but in exceptional circumstances and if you have consented to it, we may also contact you at a later date.
If you receive an invitation to a meeting, it will probably be the only and final one. We respect your time, which is why our recruitment processes are usually limited to one meeting, during which you will have the opportunity to meet the recruiter and your future supervisor, as well as obtain interesting information related to employment at Emitel.
After the meeting, at the agreed time, you will receive feedback regarding your application. In each recruitment process, we make every effort to ensure that it is as short as possible and does not require more commitment from you than absolutely necessary.
