Andrzej J. Kozłowski

President of the Management Board,

Andrzej J. Kozłowski has served as President of the Management Board of Emitel S.A. since 1 January 2018. Previously, from 2009 to 2017, he held the position of Executive Director for Strategy and Project Management at PKN ORLEN S.A.. As a member of the management board of the Czech company Unipetrol a.s., he was responsible for its strategy and mergers and acquisitions. He also served as chairman of the supervisory board of ORLEN Upstream Sp z o.o. and as a member of the board of directors of ORLEN Upstream Canada Ltd.

Prior to 2009, he was involved in the telecoms and new technology sector for over 10 years, working as a manager in Polish and international corporations.

He currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Atlantic Council and the American Chamber of Commerce. In addition, he actively participates in the work of the Council of the Foundation for Supporting the Development of Radio and Multimedia Techniques at the Warsaw University of Technology and is a member of the Stakeholder Council at the Faculty of Political Sciences and International Studies at the University of Warsaw.

Andrzej J. Kozłowski graduated from the WSB – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz with a degree in management and marketing. He also holds an MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in corporate strategy and industrial policy.

Maciej Staszak

Maciej Staszak joined Emitel in July of 2015, assisting the company with his many years of experience in the television and telecommunications industry.

He worked in managerial positions in companies such as: Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., Polkomtel sp. z o.o. ATM S.A., Eutelsat Polska sp. z o.o, TP Emitel sp. z o.o. and Vector sp. z o.o. Since 2002, he has cooperated with national and international institutions on the implementation of digital terrestrial television in Poland.

He has successfully carried out numerous industry projects over many years. He has extensive experience in sales, new product launches, development, strategy formulation or managing large teams.

He studied at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and IT at the Gdansk University of Technology.

Jerzy Godek

Head of the Technology Division

Jerzy Godek has worked at Emitel since 2012. Initially, he held the role of director of network planning and service development. Currently, as technical director, he is responsible for the area of technological development and maintenance.

He has led projects in the implementation of IT support systems, telecommunications network maintenance and infrastructure investment management for companies such as Emitel, Netia and Telekomunikacja Polska.

Jerzy Godek was involved in the construction of a nationwide digital terrestrial television network, a DAB+ digital radio network, as well as a broadband backbone and access network for Netia.

He is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where he studied telecommunications at the Faculty of Electronics. He also holds a degree in management from the Warsaw School of Economics, as well as in finance and IT project management from the Kozminski University.

Maciej Pilipczuk

Chief Financial Officer

Maciej Pilipczuk has served as CFO / Finance Director since January 2022 and has been associated with Emitel since 2015, previously holding various positions, including Deputy Finance Director. In his role, Maciej oversees Finance and Controlling, Treasury, Administration, and Procurement.

He has over 18 years of experience in finance in the telecommunications sector, previously gained at T-Mobile Polska (PTC Era) and UPC Polska. Maciej has led numerous projects in cost optimization, planning and reporting, financial modeling, system implementation, cash flow management, and securing financing.

He graduated from the University of Economics in Wrocław, where he earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking. He also completed Business Studies at Aalborg University in Denmark, where he obtained an MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a specialisation in International Business Economics. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), an international organization for finance and accounting professionals.
