Emitel has once again been recognised among the best employers in Poland, receiving the Top Employer 2026 certification awarded by the Top Employers Institute. This marks the seventh time the company has received this distinction, confirming its consistent approach to organisational management and long-term investment in employee development.
The Top Employer certification is awarded to organisations that meet high standards in human capital management. As part of the certification process, the Top Employers Institute assesses, among other aspects, HR strategy, the working environment, competence development, training systems, diversity and inclusion, and initiatives supporting employee wellbeing. The Institute operates in 131 countries and regions worldwide and has for years served as a benchmark for organisations building modern and responsible workplaces.
“Receiving the Top Employer 2026 certification in Poland demonstrates that Emitel consistently builds a workplace that supports the long-term development of the organisation,” said Adrian Seligman, CEO of the Top Employers Institute. “Alignment between HR strategy and business objectives, as well as the continuous improvement of HR practices, has a tangible impact on employees’ everyday experience.”
For Emitel, the certification is not only a confirmation of the quality of its HR solutions, but also an element of a broader approach to company management—particularly important in the context of its role as an operator of critical infrastructure. At the same time, the certification serves as an important reference point for the further improvement of working methods, management practices and cooperation – both within the organisation and in its relations with the external environment.
– “The Top Employer certification confirms that the way we develop Emitel and manage our teams truly matters. The adopted management model supports the company’s long-term strategy, but above all creates conditions for safe, stable and responsible everyday work. The implementation of our 5P values helps us make consistent decisions, work better together and align business objectives with care for people. This is the foundation of a working environment in which everyone can develop their competencies, take responsibility and have a real influence on the direction in which Emitel is heading” – said Maciej Pilipczuk, President of the Management Board of Emitel S.A.
Participation in the Top Employers Institute programme provides organisations with access to international benchmarking analyses and proven HR best practices.
In 2025, the Top Employers Institute recognised nearly 2,500 companies across 131 countries and regions, positively impacting the working conditions of more than 14 million employees worldwide.
