Obtaining the Top Employers certificate is preceded by a long validation process and the need to meet many conditions. The questionnaire survey covering key areas related to human capital management is verified based on evidence of the existence of appropriate procedures, processes and practices. The entire certification process is completed by an independent audit conducted by external auditors.
