For the sixth time, Emitel has been awarded the prestigious Top Employer Poland title, awarded by the Top Employers Institute to the best employers in the country. The certificate confirms the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of human capital management and a responsible approach to the needs of its employees.
Emitel has consistently developed its human resources policy over the years, putting the needs of employees first. The company creates space for development, promotes team wellbeing and emphasises open communication. In the past year, Emitel introduced several significant changes. For example, it launched a new website that makes it easier for clients and candidates involved in recruitment to contact the company. It continued its cyclical opinion surveys, allowing employees to express their views on the working environment. It expanded its activities with the Feedback 360 development project, aimed at middle-tier and senior managers. In December 2024, the company also introduced an internal AI chat room, which makes it easier for employees to search for documents and contact the relevant managers and employees responsible for specific aspects of the business.
This approach is appreciated both in Poland and internationally, as evidenced by another award in the Top Employer programme.

Emitel has continuously met the high requirements of the programme since 2019, which has once again placed it among the best employers in Poland.
The Top Employers Institute is the authority in human resource management, which supports companies in implementing best HR practices through its certification programme. In 2025, companies from more than 120 countries on five continents were certified, and Emitel once again joined this prestigious group.
