Emitel S.A. announces that as of January 1, 2025, Mr. Maciej Pilipczuk will take up the role of President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Maciej Pilipczuk has been associated with Emitel for 9 years, including the last three years successfully serving as a Member of the Management Board/Chief Financial Officer. He has been responsible for the implementation of key company activities, such as debt refinancing and the conclusion of a new credit agreement with a consortium of banks in 2023, acquisitions and development of telecommunications infrastructure, and optimization of internal processes.
