Emitel S.A. announces that Mr. Andrzej Kozłowski, after serving seven years as CEO and Managing Director, has decided to pursue new professional opportunities and has submitted his resignation, effective December 31, 2024.
During his tenure, Andrzej Kozłowski significantly contributed to the dynamic development of the Company, leading Emitel through several key initiatives and projects, including the refarming and transition to new terrestrial television broadcasting standards, the launch of the new MUX-6 for Telewizja Polska, the expansion of MUX-4 and DAB+ coverage, the growth of the tower infrastructure portfolio, and the implementation of the first smart city projects.
Andrzej’s involvement in the development of the company does not end completely – he was invited to join the Emitel Supervisory Board, which he accepted. His presence on the Supervisory Board will ensure continuity in the implementation of the company’s strategic initiatives, and his knowledge and experience will be a valuable contribution to Emitel’s further development.
