Emitel has selected an institution to be entrusted with managing the Employee Capital Plan (PPK) funds. As a result of the conducted proceedings, the Company decided to choose PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych. The selected partner will be responsible for maintaining PPK accounts for employees who decide to save additional pension funds.

Employee capital plans are designed to support working individuals in long-term accumulation and multiplication of retirement savings. The aim of the programme is to increase the financial security of Poles. When choosing a partner to manage the PPK funds, Emitel was guided primarily by the long-term interest of the employees. Part of the PKI BP group, PKO Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. is one of the largest investment fund companies in Poland. PKO TFI is a modern organisation focused on customer needs, constantly expanding its investment product portfolio adjusted to the expectations of investors and market trends. The company has over 20 years of experience in the investment fund market and many years of experience in managing pension programmes operating on a similar basis to PPK.

The criteria used by Emitel in selecting an institution to manage the PPK included: experience of the investment team, investment results to date, support for the employer and employees, channels through which employees will be able to receive information or submit instructions.
