Maciej Gumulski Appointed as New Management Board Member and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Emitel S.A.
The Supervisory Board of Emitel S.A. has appointed Mr. Maciej Gumulski to the Management Board of Emitel S.A., effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Gumulski will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), assuming responsibility for the company’s financial operations and supporting its continued growth.
Maciej Gumulski has been working at Emitel since 2007, earning recognition for his attitude, commitment, and high professionalism. Due to his professional success and long experience within the company’s structures, he was promoted to the position of CFO as part of an internal succession.

Maciej Gumulski is an expert in finance and controlling, with over 20 years of professional experience. Since February 2022, he has served as Director of the Controlling Office, overseeing the FP&A and Commercial Finance teams and supporting strategic business decisions.
Previously, he held roles including Director of the Commercial Finance Office, Head of the Planning and Investments Department, and Head of the Business Controlling Section, and started his career at Emitel as a Financial Analyst. Before joining Emitel, he worked in the public sector, managing the implementation of EU programmes aimed at supporting SMEs.
Mr. Gumulski is a graduate of the University of Economics in Kraków and the International Management programme at Pforzheim University in Germany. His expertise includes financial analysis and modelling, business valuation, and strategic business planning.
