Emitel has joined the second edition of the “Wisła Live!” music competition, organised by Radio Kolor and the Warsaw Greenery Authority (Zarząd Zieleni m.st. Warszawy). As an official partner of the initiative, the company has funded one of the competition’s main prizes – a professional studio recording session for the winning artist. Applications featuring original songs inspired by Poland’s longest river, the Vistula, are open until 31 July 2026.

The Wisła Live! Competition brings together musical creativity, local identity and the unique atmosphere of Warsaw’s riverside. Following the remarkable success of its inaugural edition, organisers are once again inviting artists to submit original, previously unpublished songs celebrating the spirit of the Vistula. As a company deeply rooted in local communities and committed to supporting emerging talent, Emitel is proud to become a partner of this inspiring initiative.

The winner of this year’s competition will receive comprehensive production and promotional support. Emitel has funded a prize that represents a significant milestone for aspiring musicians: five hours of recording time in a professional studio under the guidance of an experienced sound engineer. In addition, a company representative will serve on the competition jury, which will select 10 finalists from all submitted entries.

– “At Emitel, we deliver radio and television signals to millions of people across Poland every day, so supporting initiatives that enrich those broadcasts with outstanding creative content is a natural extension of what we do. Wisła Live! offers an excellent platform for emerging artists to showcase their talent and begin building their presence in the music industry. We are delighted to sponsor a prize that will enable the winner to professionally record their music and take another important step in their artistic journey,” said [Name Surname], [Position] at Emitel.

Supporting the competition forms part of Emitel’s broader commitment to corporate social responsibility. Promoting culture, local initiatives, and emerging talent remains an important element of the company’s approach to building long-term relationships with the communities in which it operates and to continuing to develop its infrastructure.

Entries for the competition will be accepted until 31 July 2026. The live performance featuring the ten finalists is scheduled for 8 August, while the Grand Final, during which the overall winner will be announced, will take place on 20 September 2026 on the banks of the Vistula River in Warsaw. The competition is organised by Radio Kolor 103 FM and the Warsaw Greenery Authority – Vistula District (Dzielnica Wisła).
